Rhoda serves as District Nine's interim Mentor until they receive a Victor.
43rd Games[]
Rhoda's first year Mentoring, she Mentored both tributes from District Nine. Unlike in past years, she managed to get both tributes to survive the Bloodbath, which rarely happens for Nine tributes.
Hosanna Rayle[]
Despite Hosanna's skills and tenacity, she placed 15th in the Games. Rhoda was disgruntled as she thought Hosanna was the better shot at Victory, but Hosanna still did well compared to most Nine tributes.
Keison Walker[]
Keison seemed unassuming and a Bloodbath death to most, but he managed to persevere and last all the way to the Feast, where he was killed 4th place. Rhoda was commended with bringing a Nine tribute the farthest in years, and it was a good accomplishment for her first year Mentoring, although she was admittedly forlorn when Keison cut it, as she had grown to believe that he might pull out an underdog Victory.

- Rhoda started modeling when she was 11.
- Rhoda was the top cadet in her class at the Academy of One from age 12 to 18.
- Rhoda is the first 1F to win the Games in one of LCS's SYOTs. She was followed by Blake Armani.
- She is the only known Victor to kill a non-tribute (Adonis) to win a Games.
- Rhoda has traveled the entirety of Panem after her Games.
- Rhoda kept a shrine of all her memorabilia before the Games in her basement. After she died, it was ransacked by mourning fans.
- Her token for the 42nd Games was a picture of her family at a photo shoot when she was 11 years old.
- Rhoda has never been in a lasting relationship. The closest she's come to was with Kincaid Thames, but that was a one night stand.
- Rhoda is the second known mother of legacy Victors; the first is Pray Jager, who gives birth to future Victor Enobaria.
- Rhoda made the most kills in the 42nd Games.
